The origin of the APSOLUT Group

The departure from acquired experience...

In engineering, construction, promotion, land, urban and agricultural development since 1988,

Fabrice ANSTETT is today founder/shareholder of the APSOLUT Group and its subsidiaries.

Through his participation in numerous projects in housing, the tertiary sector, luxury hotels, land development and real estate development, he decided to create all the structures of the APSOLUT Group in order to be as close as possible to needs of our clients in carrying out their projects.

This diversity of companies within the Group allows us to respond to the assembly of projects that are today complex in their designs, administrative, financial, legal monitoring and their implementation.

In the always family spirit, he is surrounded by his wife Marie-Judith ANSTETT who, after having held senior management positions for National groups both in France and in Monaco, is today a shareholder of the APSOLUT Group and in is appointed Manager.

Also participating in the structure, his son Kévin ANSTETT who, after having acquired his experience in construction for all trades, became a shareholder of the company E
